PREMISE
Premise
My health and fitness are built through discipline, consistency, and making good decisions more often than not... not motivation.
I take responsibility for my health by controlling the inputs I can and adapting intelligently to stress, biology, and different seasons of life.
My body is my vehicle through life. It’s a valuable asset, and how I treat it determines how well I’m able to live, work, and show up.
Looking good means very little if I’m not durable, capable, and able to stay healthy long term.
Food is fuel first. Flexibility is allowed, but it’s intentional... not random or emotional.
The body has limits, and ignoring them is short-sighted. Real progress comes from understanding and respecting how the body actually works.
My body is a lifelong project. There’s no finish line, only ongoing improvement or neglect.
My standards for health don’t change, but how I execute them can and should adapt depending on what season I’m in.
