WHAT IS COLLECTED
When you submit a Follow form, MikeyBars.com records your email address, the consent language and version you accepted, the time of the request, the page or public article that led to it, the landing path, and supported campaign details such as UTM source, medium, campaign, and content. A privacy-conscious referrer origin may also be recorded. Raw IP addresses are not stored as subscriber evidence.
WHY IT IS USED
The information is used to send the confirmation you requested, deliver new writing, useful resources, meaningful project updates, first-access notices, and occasional Bar Raisers invitations, keep accurate consent and unsubscribe records, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot delivery.
WHO HELPS OPERATE IT
Supabase stores the first-party subscriber and consent record. Brevo delivers confirmation and email messages. Vercel hosts the website. If you choose to enter Bar Raisers, Skool operates that separate community experience. MikeyBars.com does not sell your subscriber information.
YOUR CHOICES
You are not subscribed until you confirm through the double opt-in email. You can unsubscribe from any marketing email. To ask about access, correction, or deletion of your information, email mikey@mikeybars.com. Some consent and delivery evidence may be preserved where needed for security, compliance, and an accurate audit history.
SECURITY AND CHANGES
Subscriber records are not exposed through the public website. Access is restricted to the systems needed to operate this flow. This notice will be updated when the way subscriber information is handled materially changes.
